The Courtyard Glen Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization which governs and makes decisions about certain aspects of our neighborhood. It has a board of directors, which is voted into office by the homeowners of Courtyard Glen each May.

The current directors on the CYG HOA are:

    Please note that the Courtyard Glen Action Committee, which sponsors this website, has no relationship to the Homeowners Asssociation, other than a concern for the welfare of our community.

    MANAGEMENT COMPANY: CYG HOA is managed by SCS Management Services, Inc.. You can find management company contacts specific to Courtyard Glen by clicking here.

    ASSESSMENTS, which are currently in the range of $210, are due on the 1st of every year for the coming year. Late penalties are added on February 1.

    MEETINGS:
  • Monthly meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of each month, at 7:00 p.m. Updates, if needed, are posted on the bulletin board outside the clubhouse.
  • The Annual meeting is held during the month of May. If it is scheduled at this time, it will be listed in the "Calendar & Events" section of this website.
    • CourtyardGlen.com is maintained by the Courtyard Glen Action Committee,
    a private group of individuals concerned with the welfare of their subdivision.
